Welcome to the South African National Travel Health Network (SaNTHNet)

This site provides information on the health risks for travel in South Africa.  Additionally it provides appropriate advice, information on mass gatherings, travel advisories and disease outbreaks. The information is updated on a regular basis.

SaNTHNet is not intended to provide a personal risk assessment for the individual traveller, for such advice, travellers are encouraged to seek professional advice from a travel medicine provider.
